This is a presentation by Amy Berger. We got a chance to hear and meet her on the low carb cruise we recently went on. 

My wife had her thyroid removed quite a few years ago so she has to take medication every day to replace the thyroid hormone the thyroid normally produces. She has had some issues getting the level right but seems to have finally got it at a correct level this last couple years. So thyroid information is something she is interested in. This seems like a pretty good presentation.

As an aside, we enjoyed the low carb cruise enough we have already reserved our space for the 2024 cruise. I have included the link for anyone interested in going on a nice cruise with some health information thrown in. We were on a cruise of about 6,000 passengers and there were about 300 in the low carb group. Probably 150-200 attended the low carb meetings where presenters gave lectures.
