Western-Central Lower Michigan | Microsoft one drive is free as is Google drive. Each is free "to a point", then you pay for extra. The free is more than enough for just "data", but if you have music, photo's and video's you may need to pay.
You are correct in finding one that just is EASY to use. You could try the free ones first, especially for any personal stuff before backing the farm business up.
I would also recommend an external hard drive to back files up locally.
