He is not fully on board as there has not been enough official testing. But he is not necessarily against it either. I think it is worth watching if a person is interested either in low carb or carnivore. He mentions fairly early on about a video he watched that was interesting by Barry Groves called Homo Carnivorus. I wish he would have linked it but I looked it up and will link it for you. It is 8 years old but quite interesting. As always the comments are sometimes as interesting as the presentation.
