Iowa | I am looking to see if anyone has seen any other company or had any experience using an App on the farm to get help or troubleshoot with a tech.
Where I work we would like to help the farmers out in the field by when they have a problem they can go to the app and live chat with us. We have done a phone line before but the service lags sometimes and we are trying to figure out a better way to bring in the data to help us improve grower education.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated!
