Saw an xray. Looks like a small rose bush thorn. Don't suppose it's more than a half millimeter, but it's pushing against stuff and causing uncomfortableness.
Not even sure what it's attached to. Don't think it will be a hard extraction but wearing the dentures might not work for awhile.
