Cutting out one bad thing is huge. But plz beware of fake sugar. Like diet sodas, maybe research fake sugars so atleast you're aware.
Isnt it known type 2 can be cured by cutting out sugar and losing weight?. High insulin is what causes
pancreatic cancer and lab test best way to test. So like every 6months.
Atleast here I heard that more than I can count. if numbers stay normal then they cut you off of the med all together as long as it remains stable for year.I didn't know some say control blood glucose only. But who knows. I just do my own research and read between the lines. To not always listen to doctors.
I use to think it's good to take baby aspirin if you have high blood pressure. Then when I brought some for bfs dad, I got a weird feeling so I looked it up, and they recanted on it a few years ago. It came out that unless you had a heart attack, it does more harm than good, but that's not spoken about anywhere.
My weird feeling I guess came from recent thing with my mom.
She showed that she had tuberculosis at some point in her life. She can't spread it and it's not active. but they wanted her to do 3months of a antibiotic Isoniazid. That was super long and It didn't seem right. Did my research. Its known to give autoimmune diseases. MS.along with confusion.stroke.Give her this awful pill bc one day if she got HIv or really old she may get tuberculosis disease and that could maybe turn into something and she may die from that. All very rare. I rather roll the dice bc at least she will make it to really old.
And why did she get checke!?!, bc they wanted her to Take Humira which is terrible all bc a dermatogist said she had psoriasis. Which was misdiagnosed. Lab test wasn't done correctly bc it can't be inflamed also hard to test for psoriasis, so no uncommon to misdiagnosed happens. Went to a foot specialist and She had mossican type athletes foot from her shoes. she does work a lot and it affects the heel not toe so the only symptoms are dry skin that can go on for years til like her one day she cut her foot. Got inflamed fast. She Over counter foot cream and foot soaks, she got cured so fast.
I'm not against doctors but I would research and second opinion, own research, before I take these things that they say aren't bad for you. These drug companies admit the lies In lawsuits,do a pay out, and come out with a different med. Still upsets me. Humira I don't believe in at all. Anything that stops ur immune system is dangerous. But I learned certain antibiotics esp as preventive is just as dangerous.
