Yes, you can blend it with fertilizer or another spreadable product, if you spread it straight, the rate will be quite high even with the gate closed down to the floor chain. A piece of plywood or uhmw can be cut and laid on the floor chain, you only need about 2" of it dragging bait out to the spinners.
