| Found the problem. Complete Facing on one disc unbonded. Disc then warped enough to cause clutch drag. Don't know if they are after market; but putting JD OEM back in.
My Rant: Having work done by a very good independent shop. (Owner started working at JD dealer in 1951) and still puts in a pretty good day. And this shop buys a lot of parts thru the nearest JD Dealer. However, it seems no JD Dealers in the area have the clutch setup tool, or are willing to do it. Tomorrow morning driving 270 to a miles to a JD Dealer willing to adjust it.
PS Set up tool is on back order, told could be 9 months
