I watched a "youtube" real lawyer go over this "Corner Crossing" thing. The Hunters put a step ladder over the fence at the corner, so did they ever set foot on the private land?
I support the legality of corner crossing on public land, why should some "zillionaire" private hunting club tie up public land?
Legally an imaginary fence extends up X feet in to the air over a property boundary. Said hunters couldn’t possibly have not “breached” that “fence” when hopping over the physical corner of the properties with their ladder. Legally they could have used a helicopter though. Such as I understand it anyway. IMO the private property owners are abusing how the law is written. |
