I was watching a Randy dowdy interview and he said this was true. well what he said was even spacing and even emergence are important in soybeans just as it’s important in corn


Which is where the “speed tubes” on planters come in handy I’d guess. Not to go fast but because they allow perfect singulation of beans. You can still get decent singulation without but for me on 38inch rows it’s hard for the old meters at high pops to do perfect singulation because of how close the beans are together. Corns easier obviously because of the lower pop
