Carter Montana | You have it in the wrong tank. In a tow between, put it in the rear tank with only the minimum air on that tank just to drop it into the airstream and keep it pressurized. If its in the front tank the air is too much.
Edit - You said you have the extra fine roller, and maybe you do, but double check as you can get a roller for things like Innoculant for peas. It helps also.
