If you can deal with a 3ph saw, there is a decent looking used Kalamazoo 9x16 listed for sale on practicalmachinist.com. Won’t quite cut 10” pipe as far as I know but otherwise they are a nice saw. Ellis is a lighter saw but has a nicer mitering system than a Kalamazoo.
