If it’s wrapped right, no oxygen, no mold or rot. I’m no wrapping expert but have wrapped a wide verity of moisture from just baled to dry and can confirm what others have stated it will feed.
Never seen anything I’d call rot unless it was a obvious lack of wrap and white mold is an obvious sign of a tear or loss of wrap
