| I made the mistake of buying the drill bits (they are just average drill bits in my opinion) but then they'd call every couple of months with a bunch of free stuff for me since I was a good customer, after 10 minutes of talking about the "free" stuff they'd mention what I needed to buy to get the free stuff. The one time it was $3,000 worth of Sawzall blades and they couldn't understand why I didn't need that many blades.
The drill bit set was supposed to have free replacement bits under warranty but after several months of excuses I let them know they were nothing more than scam artists and to take me off their call list. | |
