NW Washington
Those wretched flatheads Wisconsin V4 engines are notorious for having stuck valves. We had one of those things on a PT combine 60 years ago or more and the valves would get stuck all the time. We used to put oil in the intake manifold until it started spraying oil and then shut it off to try to keep the valves from sticking overnight.
It was a great day when we converted the combine to a PTO drive and stopped fighting that POS Wisconsin engine.
