East Central South Dakota | Yes, those little corn refineries are a very nice asset to have locally. However, to put it in perspective, North Dakota's six ethanol plants grind about 500,000 bushels a day. One plant in Cedar Rapids grinds about 800,000 bushels a day. The ethanol bushel handle is probably why the ABCD's have never really supported ethanol. Especially Cargill---speaking of woke companies. |
