Glyphosate will not antagonize it but make sure you don't mix it in inductor with enlist. Depending on what gly you're using they don't mix well together. Enlist will antagonize the clethodim so you need to use more than normal. I would not use enlist on waterhemp bigger than 4-6" without liberty.
