Lots of replanting corn and beans going on. Not many good looking fields. What a change from last year. Had to replant 3rd of my soybeans. Our contribution to not making trend line yields.

Hey at least you can replant. I had thousands of peppers transplanted and got a killing frost this morning. I don’t have six weeks to produce new transplants. So I’m just screwed for some of peppers this year. Some of my tomatoes got smoked too. Those at least I can have transplants done in 3-3.5 weeks. I will be late, but at least I can service my customers.

That said I am still going to replant some of the jalapeño. I need a couple thousand to fill fall orders, but it’s so painful. I know better than to transplant in May. Usually always wait until the 1st of June. The hot weather got me itching.
