I have run into this before and know there is a setting in the RCM to change that, probably somewhere in the “gears” button on the right side of the RCM ISO run page. That has got to be the issue, similar to the Deere controllers it needs to be told you are using a prescription. Raven has the complete literature for the RCM on their website and you should be able to find it on there.
