Fire tractor up turn steering wheel. Put pressure on it. Leave tractor run while unscrewing outer nut
Kill tractor remove cyl. Pump oil out
Lock up in vice. Drive end gland in 1”. Remove inner key wire. Grab ram. Give it a yank. It should come out
