With cover crops in the mix and a couple years hopefully you stsrt to build soil structure to handle the weight. I drive on my strips all the time and see nothing, other soils if you can see wheel tracks in the crop might take a couple years before strip till fixes that.
Also a little Common Sense of staying out if it's to wet.
