Subject: RE: Rains in the plains yet?

central kansas reno county
We had a decent rain around the area last week, but was suppose to have 4 days of rain this week and it's turning into nothing pretty much. It did save our wheat but not for sure how good it will be. The white heads are starting to show more with the warmer Temps. Guys have planted some beans around the area before the rain and now it's getting dry enough to get back into the fields again. Time will tell for sure. Wheat looks 100 percent better than it did 2 weeks ago but it will.hit the wall again when warmer weather hits us. We have had no wind to speak of for about 10 days here which is uncommon. Of course nothing to spray so that's probably why. About the time we need to be spraying the wind will blow 40 mph for 2 weeks.
