Not really it will just tip back more. Also I think a lot of people are too hung up on rows around. Fewer rows can just have bigger kernels.
It could tip back more. Sure. That's what i said, I think.... However, if you get a larger diameter ear, then get the right moisture and temps during grain fill, that's where bumper crops are born from.
