Western Oregon | I only need to use 1/4 as much sea salt as regular salt. I only add to a few things, never when cooking. Added at the table, a little goes a long way. I use salt free seasonings, one is a steakhouse no-salt seasoning. Never eat steak, but use on ground elk and bison. Had on a bison burger today, onion, pickle, lettuce and tomato. Making spaghetti with the other 1/2 lb, will add seasoning when cooking with fresh from the garden Walla Walla sweet onion....James | |
