She didn't make any predictions, she just stated a fact that since 1973 December corn has never failed to trade above the Feb average price. In other words 98 percent of the time. Let's put a hypothetical situation out there. Of there are 2 airplanes to get on and your told plane 1 has a 98 percent chance to arrive safely or plane 2 has a 2 percent chance of arriving safely, which one are you getting on. When everyone is sure they know where the market is going I get a little nervous. History suggests otherwise.
