Nebraska | Land is for sale every day. Every day. Might not be touching holdings you already have, or at a price you like, but somewhere in this country is someone who wants to sell it.
I have heard the excuses since I was in college as to why some can’t get enough to make a living. My suggestion: Broaden your view or you remain in the Can’t Camp. Won’t is a lot different than can’t. I have yet to receive an ag paper that doesn’t have at least one real estate ad. Willing to be mobile if needed to succeed isn’t just for non ag careers or employees. Entrepreneur can switch locations also. Food for thought. | |
