Are they though? Looking at an 800 lb feeder, yes we are higher than where we've been for a handfull of years, but were still 10$ from making all time highs on the board. Meanwhile my pasture rent is higher than 14' , hired help is getting more, parts and machinery are higher. Any bank interest is now higher, and a bag of mineral is higher.
I do think we have room to run higher, but I don't think we stay there long. Feels more like we settle back down into the 20's and establish a new price plateau. |
