| I guess I will bitch then.
I have so much residue from the last 2 years the soil underneath does not dry out.
I have been no till for over 30 years.
Moisture is to wet until one is down about 18 inches and then turns to concrete.
This was before the last rain.
Rumor is I will get to replant some hill ground.
How is that for complaining?
Now for the other side.
I have planted crops for 45 years and never had to replant. I may be due. I have not looked at it yet so it may be fine.
Others have had extreme rain events on all their ground. Crops under a foot of mud to clear gone. Water in houses and sheds.
Others will have roads closed for years ( may be forever) before the shortest route is repaired. | |
