If those came from a White you should be fine and not have to worry about flipping a spring or if that would work.

Most planters in my area have the drive on the left. White is the only brand I'm familiar with that drives from the right. If the Tru-Count folks were aware of this when they designed the Tru-Count clutches, I would assume that would try to make them as universal as possible so that they didn't need to have a completely different model for those that drive from the other side.

Personally I had Tru-Counts on a previous planter and they worked OK. It is my understanding that the company (originally from Ames Iowa) was purchased by Trimble some years ago but the product line has now been dropped. It appears that Trimble is moving away from Ag Products
