Probably not much help, but we had that problem last year.  Installed with a Case 1200 planter.  The version number could not be newer than some number for the planter to operate but the prescription from Climate prescriptions had to have a newer version.  We were able to get it to work with a prescription created from another sofware our agronomist had.  Wish I could tell you the specifics.  We are getting ready to plant next week.  I can probably refresh my memory as we set it up and give you more specifics.  But in the meantime you might focus on compaitibility with versions and see it that helps.

Spent more time trying to get that to work than the whole time it took getting ready to plant.  Got very frustrating..  Went through the whole deletion, double checking names, etc etc..  Seems like there were some NAT posts that helped as well.
