| Yea that faded icon there means connectivity isn't activated. You may have correctly installed everything, but perhaps need to activate the connectivity itself. Go to Setup -> Equipment in Operations Center and in the Connectivity column it needs to say "Activated". If it isn't there's a flow you can go through from there that will allow you to enable automatic enrollment of any new equipment in the future as well. | |
