I believe this could be considered unconventional, and would cost nothing. there are plenty of other carnivore influencers who make similar claims, I just pointed to this guy because I recently came across his channel and he has had a stroke.
This guy has gotten some comments about the fact that he looks much older than he is. He said his appearance is largely because he had a severe stroke at the age of 17. In the video he mentions improvements he's noticed 30+ years later. He goes into greater detail in other videos.
His content is all brief and to the point.
I am not a straight up carnivore, a few cruciferous vegetables are in the mix, small amount of fruit, but I believe getting the carbs near zero and dumping seed oil and processed food has had a dramatic effect on my health.
I'm not a medical professional so you'd be nuts to act on advice from me, just offering something to look into. I wish you and your wife well. | |
