Cant help ya on your problem, but isnt it a blessing that companies have let us use Email for free.. I guess we have to expect issues when we are careless about deleting "un needed" mail from folders.
Most of this is because we arent aware its saved.... Out of sight.... out of mind.
I get careless and once in a while I go on a delete marathon..
