Here is the order of jumps:

1.  Hop a brown (first one on right)

2.  Jump a green (first green on right jumps brown on middle rock)

3.  Hop a green (second green hops up one rock)

4.  Jump a brown (Middle rock to next rock on the left)

5.  Jump a brown Middle on right to middle rock)

6.  Hop a brown (last brown on right hops up one rock)

7.  Jump a green  (rest of these are the only frogs that can be moved)

8.  Jump a green

9.  Jump a green

10.  Hop a brown

11.  Jump a brown

12.  Jump a brown

13.  Hop a green

14.  Jump a green

15.  Hop a brown.

I would imagine one could do the opposite colors in the same order, but this is the method I figured out after only about 3 hours. (not really that long, but it seemed that long)  Don't know if I could have figure that out without viewing the you tube video.
