Mostly dry. With most years of excessive pp up here our problem is cool temps in addition to the rain or snow. Takes a long time to dry up when it is 50 or 60 degrees and cloudy. Have not had a day above 40 degrees in something like 140 days currently with zero days above 40 forecasted in next 10 days.
