John, I do know that all carbs are not created equal.
When I'm on the Atkins diet, I will not gain weight if I start eating oranges around Christmas time (I'm talking 6-8 a day) although I'll stop losing weight.....but..... if I just look at a doughnut I'll start packing on the pounds.
