They are basically two gear pumps back to back. As far as I know there isn’t any bypass or relief valve in any of them. Deere pumps are 1:1 (both same displacement), some Case machines are ‘geared down’ in that the motor is bigger displacement than the pump and they pump slower. We currently are using a Case unit off a 2044 (maybe 2055) to fill grease on the 7760’s. I’m sure they would transfer oil, don’t know what that pump would think about thin diesel or if it has enough lubrication.
