Its off label and illegal to use xyway foliar.

"Do not use this product as a foliar application. Apply at planting or post-emergence directed to the soil, as described in the
specific crop use directions.
Do not apply this product by air."

Literally the first line of the directions. Just because it has the same active ingredient doesn't mean you know the inactives. They don't have to be listed. It could take all sorts of chemicals to make it stable liquid fertilizer ready. There are reasons fmc went to all the expenses labeling the same active ingredient twice that takes a lot of money. If it was just topguard in the soil they would have just added it to the topguard label. Supplemental labeling is far cheaper.
