NW Washington | Well, depending on where you live you could plant those spuds. But I think your spuds are done for except compost or pig feed.
Potatoes are normally stored at about 40 degrees and at high humidity so they don't dry out. Commercial growers treat the eating potatoes with a "sprout nip" chemical too when the spuds go into storage. Storing the spuds with other crops like onions or apples can be a problem too.
