The UP will get dumped on next week if the wind direction aligns with the below zero wind blowing across Superior.

And UP riding has two very distinction and different categories for machines so depends what one wants -- Trail vs. mountain.

Been riding off-trail there with big long track/paddle sleds since 2005. Average ground speed over a day is 8 mph. Average track speed? Way higher. Typical day spend less than a mile on the trail. Hate coming face to face with someone going way too fast, cutting the corner, on the way to the next bar. And don't get me started on the stupid hand signals. =)
