I also agree that the prices seem way too low and smells like a scam. I've seen scammers use the address and name of closed business's. Google maps usually shows an empty lot. Unfortunately in this case, the last image of Purvis Equip was taken in 2016, so nothing recent. The 2016 image shows very little inventory and mostly old junk. I don't see anything as nice as the scammer has listed on his fake website.....
