If I start drinking lemon water in the afternoon then I will keep drinking it until we run out of lemons. Then I start drinking the concentrated stuff in a bottle. I’m up half the night going to the bathroom. One or two glasses of iced tea with lemon for dinner and I don’t have the same craving. Not sure why, but it works for me.
