You need to provide more info about how you received the tickets.  What app/service did you use?  My experience has been that the tickets are tied to a user account and not a phone.  The phone is just the device you are using to access that account.  You should be able to load the desired app to another phone and sign in with the same account and access the tickets that way.  That would not be a ticket transfer.  A ticket transfer would be for selling or giving the tickets to a different person.  You would then loose access to them.
