Often this just needs a "DBRefresh" from the icon found in the AMW folder on the desktop. Hopefully you have a good database copy saved, which it asks you to do every 10th time you use the "Shutdown computer" option from the dashboard.
I realize this post is over 10 days old now and I'm just seeing it, but if you need more help, see my info in profile. There are updates available for the software that fix issues like this.
