I believe all of the Trimble RTK base stations output correction data in the CMR+ format if you're using the integrated Trimble radio. The newer Trimble bases that do GLONASS will also have that GLONASS data encrypted such that only Trimble rovers can read it. Some of their bases have the ability to send RTCM correction data out a serial port, but that option may or may not require an unlock code.

I think the TopCon units want RTCM data. Maybe someone with better knowledge of them can confirm that.
