nc ks | Say in the next five years you will generate 100k in earnings. The bank will give you say 60k today and then you have to make installments on a regular basis until the bank gets 100k. Just wondering what the advantages of this would be? I assume it is like if you win the lottery and take the payoff instead of the installments. Or if you have oil and gas leases and they'll pay you up front and you turn it over to them. I've always seen these as someone preying on somebody that thinks quick cash beats long term security.
I see there is at least one agtalker using this method and wondered what I'm missing out on since my financial skills and resources are limited.
