sleepy hollow , wi | 122 volts on each line is not a test ,it can be the same 122 flowing in a circle . test the 2 lines against each other .should come up around 230-240, after that its a list of capacitors ,switch, centrifugal not sprung back to start position or bad/weak connection. ive had 240 power also until u try to start . pc of dirt in contractor /not enough power getting thru need to check when under load. | |
