I have absolutely no specific knowledge about your problem. If the goal is only to move the cylinders and then lock them out, get some hoses made up and use the tractor scv or a hydraulic power pack to move the cylinder. I would be aware of possible oil contamination, but if you need to get the combine moving that may not be that big of a concern.
