When you open it first thing you need to do is let any juice out of the capacitors or it will shock the hell out of you or ruin your testing meter.

Most common is water damage to the board. It will smell like burnt electric. I can smell one without taking it apart and diagnose that.

If it quit after a storm, test the SCR’s. They have 3 little prongs.

If it just randomly quits probably the transformer.

The fence fixer linked above is the king of fencer repair. He has videos on YouTube to help trouble shoot most models. The zarebas are very common in need of trouble shooting so he probably has a video for that model.
