Subject: RE: Ag Leader 1200 Mapping

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Flyers (points not close to the field in question may be causing the map to be very small) and clearing bounds may be your solution. Your map may actually be there but is so small you can't see it. Follow the suggestions in the above post.

It's best NOT to choose a new field until you are actually at that field. Clearing bounds should be done when you are back at the field also. That way clearing bounds will discard those points that are a considerable distance away. Having a boundary will prevent this problem although I often don't have a boundary and just wait to choose the field until I'm actually at the field.

Clearing bounds basically "throws" away those dots that are not reasonably close to your current location. Suppose the system has the points that are part of the actual field but has some "extra" flyers. It makes the map but it is so small you can't see it. Clearing bounds discards those flyers and allows the map to be shown in a more normal size.
